We'll probably spend some time reflecting on what happened during the "Everything Must Change" event with Brian McLaren (February 1-2), but also we'll look ahead to the future and other things we can do together as a community! And, as always, I'm sure there will be plenty of discussion about things folks are reading lately, things we are thinking about, questions we are asking, etc.

Come out and talk about what you've been reading/thinking/feeling, ask questions, engage in this dialogue and develop friendships. This is one of the few places of "refuge" where this conversation is happening in Charlotte. We hope you'll add your voice to the discussion -- online (on the message board) and in person!

    I'm going to miss everyone! Take notes and come onto the message board and tell how the discussion goes. I'm with my homebound mother and really do appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

    I had considered trying to make it to Charlotte this month. Alas, I now have a root canal scheduled for tomorrow so I won't be there. I would much rather be there with all of you. Really wish something would get started here in Greenville, SC. BTW, pray for Joy (Kimber) ... she is taking care of her mother who is dying with cancer. Hospice has already been called in so it is a matter of time.

    I will probably miss at least this meeting- I'm moving the 16th (within Charlotte), so have a lot to do each night after work!! Hope to see you soon and find out how the big event went!
